About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal part-time Sales Associate at Miromar Outlets. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, representing the Clarks brand, and supporting store operations, merchandising, and maintenance. Associates are expected to help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues and complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
