About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Sales Associates deliver positive sales results and customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain store presentation. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
