About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time seasonal Sales Associate for an outlet store. The role focuses on delivering positive sales results and excellent customer service, maintaining and organizing merchandise, representing the Clarks brand, and helping keep the store visually compelling and comfortable for colleagues and customers. The job requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
