About The Position
Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate at Miromar Outlets. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance and excellent customer service while representing the Clarks brand. Associates help organize merchandise and back stock, maintain product placement, support store maintenance and visual merchandising, follow loss-prevention procedures, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent and exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
