About The Position
Clarks is seeking seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, and helping maintain an appealing store environment. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention policies, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
