About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time seasonal Sales Associate for its outlet team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance and excellent customer service while representing the Clarks brand. Associates organize merchandise and back stock, assist with store maintenance and merchandising, follow loss prevention and shrinkage procedures, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
