About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering a positive customer experience, organizing merchandise and back stock, supporting store presentation and maintenance, and following loss-prevention procedures. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, contribute to a comfortable work environment, and complete assigned tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
