About The Position
Clarks is seeking seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, represent the Clarks brand, and help maintain an organized, visually compelling store. The role includes organizing merchandise and back stock, assisting with merchandising and store maintenance, following loss-prevention procedures, and completing assigned tasks. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
