Outlet - Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support its outlet team. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, represent the Clarks brand, and help keep the store organized, well-merchandised, and welcoming. The role includes assisting customers with purchases, including suggesting additional pairs and accessories when appropriate, and following policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, climb and move ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
