About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support its retail team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, maintaining and organizing merchandise, and helping create a visually compelling store environment. Sales Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Medical and dental plans are available to employees who meet eligibility guidelines under the ACA. Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
