About The Position
Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales results, providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation and store organization, and representing the Clarks brand. Associates also follow loss-prevention procedures, help maintain a visually compelling store, support a comfortable work environment for colleagues, and complete assigned tasks. The position requires extended periods of standing, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
