About The Position
As a Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and help shape its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You make a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by providing service, building customer relationships, sharing product and service knowledge, and supporting the presentation and sales goals of your department. The position is at SouthPark Mall. The expected base wage is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with commission and overtime eligibility. Commission may vary by department, and pay is determined based on individual qualifications and location.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Develop customer relationships to grow sales.
- Highlight product knowledge and store services to create a strong customer experience.
- Process POS transactions and enter account information.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department.
- Achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
