About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with relevant products and services. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. You also help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and popular merchandise, and stay informed about trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and build personal relationships. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers and selected merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and assisting with merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. They collaborate with teammates, take pride in their work, pursue sales goals, and learn from one another to support individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
