About The Position

The Sales Associate assists customers throughout the retail store, with a primary focus on providing excellent customer service. Duties may include greeting customers, answering product questions, assembling products, maintaining general housekeeping, and completing other duties assigned by the manager. The Sporting Goods/Firearms Sales Associate must have knowledge of firearms and firearms accessories and accurately complete all required FFL procedures for firearm sales. Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the retail store or greenhouse and assist with customer service questions.
Price merchandise and make price changes as requested by store management.
Stock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
Assist with receiving freight and organize incoming products as directed by store management.
Assist with cycle counts.
Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
Handle customer transactions using the KCX cash register system.
Handle cash accurately.
Handle customer returns.
Perform housekeeping duties.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Accurately complete required FFL procedures for firearm sales.
