About The Position

Murdoch’s is seeking a Retail Associate to provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and an authentic shopping experience. The role involves helping customers with products including firearms and ammunition, camping and hiking, hunting and fishing, and other sporting goods. Team members display merchandise to make shopping easy and help customers throughout their visit. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to sell firearms.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old to sell firearms.
• Have a can-do attitude.
• Be motivated to achieve strong productivity.
• Be prepared for physically demanding work on your feet, including heavy and repetitive lifting.
• Be legally able to own a firearm.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with product knowledge about firearms and ammunition, camping and hiking, hunting and fishing, and other merchandise.
• Display products to create an easy shopping experience.
• Deliver friendly customer service from customers’ arrival through their departure.
• Work as a team to uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles.
