About The Position

Murdoch’s is seeking a Retail Associate to provide customers with knowledgeable, friendly service and an authentic shopping experience. The role supports customers with product knowledge across firearms and ammunition, camping and hiking, hunting and fishing, and other merchandise. Team members present products to make shopping easy and help customers throughout their store visit. Applicants selling firearms must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

Have a can-do attitude.
Know what motivates you to achieve your best productivity.
Be prepared for physically demanding work on your feet, including heavy and repetitive lifting.
Be legally able to own a firearm.
Be at least 18 years old to sell firearms.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with product knowledge about firearms, ammunition, camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, and other merchandise.
Display products to make the shopping experience easy.
Assist customers from the time they enter the store through their return to their car.
Work as a team to uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles.
