About The Position
The Part-Time Sales Associate supports customers on the sales floor, helps deliver positive shopping experiences, and contributes to individual and store sales goals. The role includes providing personalized product and styling recommendations, building customer relationships, using product knowledge to explain product features and benefits, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The Sales Associate also helps maintain an organized and visually appealing store, supports merchandising and replenishment, assists with fitting room and customer service needs, and performs stocking, inventory organization, and backroom tasks. The position requires following store procedures and collaborating with teammates. The role is listed as part-time, with work of 5 hours or more as needed.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and omni-channel POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus and a friendly, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- High school degree.
