About The Position

POP MART is seeking a customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate for its Culver City retail store. The role supports increased business needs during the holiday shopping period and is expected to end at the close of the designated seasonal period, though the end date may change with business needs. Continued employment may be considered but is not guaranteed.

The Seasonal Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador, creating positive shopping experiences and helping customers discover POP MART characters and collectibles. Working with the retail team, the associate supports sales goals, daily store operations, merchandising, inventory handling, and a clean, welcoming shopping environment during busy periods.

This is a temporary, seasonal, non-exempt position paid at a fixed rate of $17.28 per hour and eligible for overtime under applicable law. The position is based at Westfield Culver City. Any applicable benefits and paid leave are provided as required by law or Company policy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods, according to store scheduling needs.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6–8 hours per shift.

• Ability to perform repetitive stocking, shipment unpacking, product pricing, and inventory-organization tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectible art toys.
• Recommend products and engage customers to help them find items they will enjoy.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store in accordance with brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow merchandise-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, particularly during peak holiday periods.
• Lift, carry, push, or move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds; stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, squat, reach overhead, and use ladders or step stools safely.
• Perform repetitive stocking, unpacking, pricing, and inventory-organization tasks, and use standard retail equipment and stockroom tools.
