Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Westfield Topanga)
About The Position
Squishable is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand in front of customers at the Westfield Topanga store during the holiday season. The associate will learn Squishable’s products and use that knowledge and strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service, build relationships with customers, and create memorable shopping experiences. This is a seasonal role running from November 2026 through early January 2027. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The listed pay range is $18.42–$18.62 per hour.
Requirements
- Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.
- Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
- Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
- Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
- Learn Squishable products and represent the brand to customers.
