About The Position

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent the brand and provide customers with a fun, memorable shopping experience during the holiday season. Associates learn the company’s products and use their product knowledge and communication skills to deliver a high level of customer service and build relationships with customers.

This seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027 at the Westfield Southcenter store. Team members must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate is $21.65 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the busy holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
• Learn Squishable products and use product knowledge to provide a high level of customer service.
