About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. The role is centered on selling and customer service, not solely cashiering, and also includes keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They also share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and store results. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Schedules include weekend shifts; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Full-time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues typically work 12–24 hours per week.
