About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals and build loyalty. The role focuses on selling and customer service, not just cashiering, and also includes helping keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top sellers, trends, and promotions, and get ready to engage customers. During the day, they maintain merchandise and the sales floor, support customer transactions, share loyalty program benefits, and work with teammates to deliver individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
