About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help deliver memorable experiences at its Santa photo set at Westfield Topanga. The role supports the team and daily operations, welcomes families, assists with photography, and brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift. Photography experience is not required.

The Team Lead performs opening and closing duties, reinforces established procedures, troubleshoots technical issues, and helps train or recruit team members as needed. The role also involves guest service, sales transactions, operating photography equipment, and maintaining a safe, clean working environment. The position requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
