About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create positive guest experiences at a Santa photo set. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photography, and helps keep daily venue operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and helps deliver a memorable holiday experience.

The position includes opening and closing the assigned venue, reinforcing established policies and procedures, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with training or recruiting as needed. The Team Lead also takes photos, provides guest service, operates point-of-sale and photography equipment, and helps maintain safe, clean, and effective photo operations. Photography experience is not required.

The schedule must accommodate peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The work involves standing for prolonged periods and lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required; applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

• Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
