About The Position

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand and products at the Westfield Topanga store during the holiday season. The associate will learn Squishable’s products and provide a fun, memorable customer experience while building relationships with customers. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; experience in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience in the store.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
