About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and contributes to a culture of hospitality through genuine customer connections, product knowledge, and personalized service. The role supports store performance and presentation while collaborating with store leaders and teammates.

This is a regular part-time position at Soma Store 5342 at The Mall at University Town Center in Sarasota, Florida. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement for their state: at least 16 in the states listed in the posting, or at least 18 in all other states. The role involves moving around the sales floor and stockroom, bending, reaching, stretching, operating the register, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
