About The Position

Seasonal Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing their enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, offering personalized fashion advice, sharing product knowledge, and supporting store operations. Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by following the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
