Seasonal Sales Associate (PT) - Fashion Mall at Keystone
About The Position
The Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate supports sales and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on helping customers find suitable products, providing personalized product and styling recommendations, delivering a positive shopping experience, and contributing to individual and store sales goals. Associates also help maintain an inviting, organized sales floor; assist with merchandising, replenishment, fitting room and customer service needs; and support stocking, inventory organization, backroom tasks, and efficient store operations. Associates may be scheduled up to 20 hours per week based on business needs, with a minimum shift length of four hours. Availability is required Thursday through Sunday, including Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week, through the end date specified for the location.
