About The Position

Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing their enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and supporting store operations. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. Associates may need to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds. The listed pay range is USD $13.75 to $17.19 per hour. Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage; term life insurance; paid vacation and holidays; and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a merchandise discount. Eligible store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Understand customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to help customers find products that meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers.
