About The Position

The Sales Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for Pacsun products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate completes initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time role requiring availability for 20–40 hours per week and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Requirements

Passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent time-management skills.
Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
Ability to work 20–40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Frequently lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Frequently sit or stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.
Participate in company and store contests and events.
Stay current on financial goals and priorities and support leadership in achieving sales and operational goals.
Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship-from-store and BOPIS.
Represent the Pacsun brand through passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
Contribute to a positive working environment by demonstrating core value behaviors.
Maintain the company's fashion image by following Employee Appearance Guidelines.
