About The Position

The Sales Associate generates sales by demonstrating enthusiasm for Pacsun products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate carries out initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position requiring availability for 20–40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. The role includes delivering engaging and authentic customer service; supporting sales and operational goals; completing digital sales initiatives such as ship-from-store and BOPIS; carrying out visual directives; maintaining store organization and cleanliness; and following company, safety, and loss-prevention policies. Associates also share customer feedback, participate in contests and events, and work to improve their individual performance and product knowledge.

Requirements

Passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent time-management skills.
Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.
Ability to work 20–40 hours per week.
Availability to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Frequently lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
Frequently sit or stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship-from-store and BOPIS.
Represent the Pacsun brand through enthusiasm for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
