About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through a vehicle purchase in a no-haggle sales environment. The role responds to leads promptly, answers questions, provides information, and helps customers move from initial phone or internet contact to an in-store experience.

Associates use communication and listening skills to help customers select a vehicle, discuss terms and payment options that suit their needs and budgets, and close sales. They also follow up after purchase to support customer satisfaction and loyalty and help transition customers to the Service department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
