About The Position

SMCP is hiring a Sales Associate for Sandro and Maje at Bloomingdale’s Century City. The role centers on delivering an elevated client experience through fashion advice, personalized styling, relationship-building, and knowledge of the brands’ collections and heritage. The Sales Associate also supports daily store operations, visual merchandising, replenishment, and a welcoming, organized sales floor while contributing to individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience and provide expert fashion advice.

• Build and maintain a client book and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Encourage repeat visits through personalized follow-ups and exclusive offers.
• Share information about collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage, and guide clients through their shopping journey.
• Support daily store operations, visual merchandising, floor maintenance, and stock replenishment.
• Keep the store organized and inviting.
• Drive sales, achieve personal and team goals, and collaborate with colleagues to support a motivating, results-oriented environment.
