About The Position

SMCP is hiring a Sales Associate for Sandro and Maje at Bloomingdale’s in Fashion Valley Mall. The associate delivers an elevated, welcoming client experience through expert fashion advice, personalized styling, and knowledge of the brands’ collections, craftsmanship, and heritage. The role also supports store operations, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and sales goals while contributing to an inclusive, collaborative workplace.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Team-oriented, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Adaptability to a fast-paced retail setting.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience and provide expert fashion advice.

Share information about collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage, and guide clients through the shopping journey.
Support daily store operations, visual merchandising, floor maintenance, stock replenishment, and store organization.
Drive sales and achieve personal and team goals.
