About The Position
SMCP is hiring a Sales Associate for its Sandro and Maje brands at Bloomingdale's in Fashion Valley Mall. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience through personalized styling, product and brand knowledge, and relationship building. The associate also supports store operations, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and an organized and inviting sales floor. The position contributes to personal and team sales goals and helps create a positive, results-oriented team environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
- Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage customers and build relationships.
- A team-oriented, positive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience by providing expert fashion advice.
- Style clients with personalized wardrobe selections and full-range product recommendations.
- Build and maintain a client book and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Encourage repeat visits through personalized follow-ups and exclusive offers.
- Share information about collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Guide clients through their shopping journey and build meaningful connections with the brands.
- Support daily store operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance.
- Replenish stock and keep the store organized and inviting.
- Drive sales, achieve personal and team goals, and contribute to a motivating workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the team to create a results-oriented environment.
- Address customer concerns professionally and provide solutions that improve satisfaction and loyalty.
