About The Position
SMCP is hiring a temporary/seasonal Sales Associate to represent Sandro and Maje at Bloomingdale's SoHo. The role centers on delivering an elevated client experience through fashion advice, personalized styling, product knowledge, and relationship building. The associate also supports daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and a welcoming, organized sales floor. The position offers hourly pay of $19.50–$22.50 plus 2% commission, along with sales incentives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
- Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, solution-oriented, team-player mindset.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Share information about collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Guide clients through their shopping journey and build meaningful brand connections.
- Support daily store operations, visual merchandising, and floor maintenance.
- Replenish stock and keep the store organized and inviting.
- Drive sales, achieve personal and team goals, and contribute to a results-oriented team environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support a motivating workplace culture.
