About The Position
At SMCP, the Retail Seasonal Sales Associate represents the Sandro and Maje brands and delivers an exceptional client experience. The role involves building customer relationships, providing personalized styling and product recommendations, and sharing knowledge of the collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage. The associate also contributes to daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized, inviting store. Working collaboratively with colleagues, the associate helps drive sales and achieve personal and team goals while resolving customer concerns professionally.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
- Passion for styling, fashion, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
