The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear, and perform activities such as reaching, bending, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and driving. Lifting requirements include up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally more than 100 pounds with proper assistance. Work frequently involves exposure to outside weather, and occasionally fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, or extreme heat. The noise level is usually moderate. The role routinely uses standard office equipment and may involve infrequent travel within or outside the area.
