About The Position

Holman is seeking a driven Audi Sales Consultant to join the team at Audi of Cary. The role focuses on building client relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting Audi vehicles and guiding customers through the purchase process. The Sales Consultant works with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize transactions, completes sales and registration paperwork, and coordinates vehicle delivery. The position also involves staying current on Audi products and market trends, completing training, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals and provide outstanding service.

Requirements

High school diploma and one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and accurately computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships to understand customer needs and preferences.
Demonstrate and explain Audi vehicle features, performance, and benefits in the showroom and on the road.
Stay up to date on Audi models, technology, and market trends.
Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize sales and provide a seamless purchasing process.
Complete required vehicle sale and registration paperwork accurately.
Arrange vehicle delivery and coordinate registration for a smooth customer handoff.
Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and meet brand and Holman standards.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
