About The Position

The Sales Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. The role executes initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. Associates are expected to work 20–40 hours per week and have schedule flexibility, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Requirements

• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work 20–40 hours per week with flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience.
• Focus on full-price selling while remaining aware of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations according to company policy, seek solutions, and partner with leadership on escalated issues.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards.

• Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve customer experience.
• Participate in company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship-from-store and BOPIS.
• Represent the PacSun brand through passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Contribute to a positive working environment by exhibiting core value behaviors.
• Maintain the company's fashion image by following Employee Appearance Guidelines.
• Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends, and work to improve individual performance as a productive team member.
