About The Position

The Black Friday Weekend Associate generates sales by showing passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate carries out initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position, and availability to work Black Friday Weekend is required.

The associate represents the PacSun brand, supports a positive working environment, follows appearance guidelines, and learns about products and trends. The role includes engaging customers, focusing on sales and promotions, resolving customer situations in accordance with company procedures, completing assigned tasks, maintaining visual standards and store cleanliness, and following company, safety, and loss-prevention policies. The associate also supports store sales and operational goals, participates in contests and events, and executes digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.

The role involves frequent lifting or moving of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting or moving of up to 35 pounds; prolonged sitting or standing; climbing ladders as needed; walking and moving around the sales floor, stockroom, and office; and regularly talking or hearing. The work takes place in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Requirements

• Ability to work Black Friday Weekend.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 35 pounds.
• Frequently sit or stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
• Required vision abilities include close and distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.

• Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
