About The Position

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof creates a memorable shopping experience and guides customers through their beauty-product journey. The role builds customer relationships, recommends products, shares information about promotions and events, and helps customers enroll in the Loyalty program. Cosmoprof provides product knowledge training; associates use that knowledge to support customers across areas such as hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

The position also involves completing transactions accurately, arranging merchandise and advertising displays, maintaining a professional store environment, communicating inventory issues, and demonstrating Cosmoprof Culture Values. Scheduling options and hours vary to suit different needs, and employees must be available to meet the business's scheduling requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Able to read and explain product labels.
• Able to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
