About The Position
The Store Manager leads a team at CosmoProf, a supplier serving licensed beauty professionals, to deliver a strong customer experience centered on Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community. The manager manages talent, inspires and coaches associates, and ensures customers receive personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The Store Manager also ensures compliance with safety, security, and company policies and maintains the appearance of the store.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Self-starter attitude and a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- Cosmetology license.
