About The Position

The Sales Associate serves as a HUGO BOSS brand ambassador and helps create excellent customer experiences. The role conveys a positive impression of HUGO BOSS through exceptional service, exciting merchandise presentations, and operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate works with customers and the merchant group, builds client relationships, follows store procedures and policies, supports Health & Safety operations, and helps cultivate community relationships.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
Drive business with the merchant group and assist with general problem solving.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Execute standard operating procedures and follow company policies.
Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
