About The Position

Fabletics is hiring a part-time seasonal Store Associate for its store at The Westchester in White Plains, New York. The associate helps deliver a high-quality retail shopping experience, connecting customers’ online and in-store journeys through technology and knowledgeable service. The role works with the Store Manager, store leaders, and associates to support customers, achieve business goals, and contribute to a collaborative team. The position reports to the Store Manager and is expected to last 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension. This role is performed onsite and requires a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. It involves frequent movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. Employees may occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and unpack boxes weighing 10–30 pounds.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing for at least two consecutive hours and occasionally handling boxes weighing 10–30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience in a retail environment.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling or spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

Represent the company’s culture and values and help customers connect with their passions.
Engage customers and explain product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Support customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and enhance customers’ purchase journeys.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Meet or exceed store objectives and standards for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required.
