About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and collaborating with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement from within, and training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development. The position offers base pay of $17.00–$19.70 plus sales commission; final pay depends on experience and qualifications. Some benefits are limited to full-time team members.
Requirements

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
