About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a driven, creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love through a superior shopping experience. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

- Base pay of $16.00–$17.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
