About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative team members to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers express themselves. The Key Sales Associate engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains its features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, and works with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
