About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains its features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, and works with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and achieve sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement from within, and training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career skills. Compensation is $16.00–$17.00 base pay plus sales commission; the final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications. Some benefits are specified for full-time team members only.
