About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills, with opportunities for career development and advancement through a promotion-from-within philosophy. The position offers base pay of $16.00–$17.00 plus sales commission; final pay is based on experience and qualifications.
